According to records kept by The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) financial Broker Robert Debbs (Debbs), currently associated with Morgan Stanley, has at least one disclosable event. These events include one customer complaint, alleging that Debbs recommended unsuitable investments in different investment products including debt securities among other allegations and complaints.

The client alleges that registered representative failed to act in her best interest from September 2023 through September 2024 related to a change in share class.
