A concentrated investment portfolio, a failure to diversify, or an investment with far more risk than the investor understood are common causes of large investment losses. The broker negligence attorneys at Gana Weinstein LLP help investors at firms such as Axos Invest LLC determine whether their financial advisor breached the duty to recommend suitable investments and, when the advisor did, pursue recovery through FINRA arbitration.
Axos Invest is a broker-dealer offering commission-free self-directed trading in stocks, exchange-traded funds, mutual funds, and options, alongside managed portfolios provided through its advisory affiliate. Formerly known as WiseBanyan Securities, the firm is part of Axos Financial, the parent of Axos Bank, and is based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Axos Invest LLC – In the News:
FINRA v. Axos Invest LLC (Case #2022076103701) – From June 30, 2020, to February 6, 2023, Axos Invest LLC falsely responded “No” to the question on the firm’s customer relationship summary (Form CRS) concerning legal or disciplinary history. The firm was required to respond “Yes,” because a control affiliate of the firm, and two of the firm’s registered representatives, had prior legal or disciplinary history. By filing and delivering to customers two versions of its Form CRS (an initial version and an amended version) containing inaccurate information, Axos Invest LLC willfully violated Section 17(a)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Exchange Act Rule 17a-14, and FINRA Rule 2010.
