According to records kept by The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) financial Broker Mark Renzi (Renzi), currently associated with Vanguard Marketing Corporation, has at least one disclosable event. These events include one customer complaint, alleging that Renzi recommended unsuitable investments in different investment products including debt securities among other allegations and complaints.

Customer alleges that she was told that her account value would never be lower that her initial deposit when she purchased a VA in October 2018.
