According to records kept by The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) financial Broker Jeffrey Hofmann (Hofmann), currently associated with Valic Financial Advisors, INC., has at least one disclosable event. These events include one customer complaint, alleging that Hofmann recommended unsuitable investments in different investment products including debt securities among other allegations and complaints.
FINRA BrokerCheck shows a settled customer complaint with a damage request of $50,000.00 on December 29, 2020.
Client did not take his annual annuity withdrawal after the registered representative assigned to his account, not mr. Hofmann, allegedly advised him that the withdrawal could be deferred and is claiming a loss of $50,000.
