These events include one customer complaint, alleging that Platou recommended unsuitable investments in different investment products including debt securities among other allegations and complaints.

Client alleges that he instructed that funds sent to his outside money manager be kept in cash, but instead they were invested in the market. The client is requesting the account loss in value. It was determined that the third-party money manager made the error.
