According to records kept by The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) financial Broker Darwin Pressley (Pressley), currently associated with Edward Jones, has at least one disclosable event. These events include one customer complaint, alleging that Pressley recommended unsuitable investments in different investment products including debt securities among other allegations and complaints.

Claimant, individually and in her capacity as Executrix of deceased client’s Estate, alleges through various causes of action, that Edward Jones permitted the wrongful transfer of funds to Claimant’s brother from her deceased mother’s Edward Jones account. Claimant questions the mother’s capacity to give instructions for such transfers and likewise challenges the validity and approval of the power of attorney.
