According to records kept by The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) financial Broker Samuel Van Allen (Van Allen), currently associated with Cambridge Investment Research, INC., has at least one disclosable event. These events include one customer complaint, alleging that Van Allen recommended unsuitable investments in different investment products including debt securities among other allegations and complaints.

The Complaint alleges a Prenuptial Agreement and a Last Will and Testament were ignored resulting in funds being distributed to the wrong party upon the client’s death.
