According to records kept by The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) financial Broker Oscar Vallera (Vallera), previously associated with Packerland Brokerage Services, INC., has at least one disclosable event. These events include one customer complaint, alleging that Vallera recommended unsuitable investments in different investment products including debt securities among other allegations and complaints.
FINRA BrokerCheck shows a settled customer complaint with a damage request of $500,000.00 on August 24, 2022.
Customer claims agent did not explain the policy and that the customer did not know what he signing when policy was sold on 10/15/2021.
